Update on Buster

From a comment received I realized that I had negated to update about Buster. For those of you who have read and included Buster in your prayers, thank you.

As of today he his beginning to eat on his own and doing 100 times better! He is no longer dehydrated and getting his 'kitty' attitude back. I have never been so happy to be snubbed by a cat. Through it all my daughter has been very brave and my husband very helpful.

Buster

Buster is my daughters cat. When he was little (and so was she) she could push him in her doll stroller. They read together, watch TV together and sleep together.

Tonight may be his last night. The vet will call us tomorrow am to let us know if she can take him in. I will be up tonight taking care of him so there will be no Hump Day special in my store for tomorrow. I pray he makes it. She will be crushed if he doesn't.

Christmas hints

So today I shamelessly sent my husband an email with items I would like for Christmas, the links to the items and the information he would need to check out! I know shameless. What can I say...

The first item is this gorgeous rustic, you know you will feel good just holding it, mug!

And now next on my list is jewelry. What girl does not love jewelry and if you are like me and like something that looks vintage and timeless you will not find a better place to look then Etsy.

I love traditional, classic, simple yet completely feminine items. So it is no wonder that I had a hard time deciding which ones exactly I liked from The Vintage Diva's shop. It was however the white roses that won me out. I can wear those during winter and summer and with anything and they are so so gorgeous! Once again keeping my fingers crossed that hubby will get them for me!

ID an attacker

I know that this blog is usually pertaining to items that have to do with my shop. However today I have received an email that I would like to pass around and possibly those who live in Ramona and nearby areas can also pass around and help.

Take a look at this sketch.

The Sheriff's Department has released this sketch of a man who slashed a woman in the back of the head while she was walking home from a Ramona bus stop on Tuesday.

The 18-year-old victim sustained a two-and-a-half inch laceration, sheriff's officials said. The attack occurred about 3:20 p.m. on Sawday Truck Trail in Ramona. The woman was able to run away after the attack.

The suspect was described as white, about 20 to 25 years old, 6 feet tall, with a thin and muscular build. He was clean-cut with a large nose and short or shaved dark hair, wearing a dark blue sweat shirt and black Dickies pants.

He was seen leaving in a silver, late-model foreign sedan.
